Lena Morano Gerding has been active in the gaming industry since 2019, initially with Flying Sheep Studios and now with Tobspr Games. As Chief Operating Officer, she manages finances, human resources, and topics such as funding.
She holds a master’s degree in Strategic and International Management from TH Deggendorf, with a particular focus on collaboration in an intercultural context.
Lena supported games.NRW as an auditor from 2021 to 2024 and is now responsible for financial management as a board member.
